Oz Englishの創設者であり、代表のデール先生は、教師暦25年以上を誇る大ベテランです。
3歳児クラス～大人クラスまで、オールマイティにこなす敏腕教師ぶりは、教室の内外にも知れ渡るほど。
教室でのレッスン以外にも、各企業様への出張レッスンも行っており、多忙ながら、いつも真摯な姿勢でレッスンに臨みます。
そのレッスンは、まるであっという間の出来事のように感じるほど、楽しく、そしてわかり易いのです。
Ozの頼れるお父さんとして、時には優しく、時には厳しく、メリハリを持って指導にあたります。

私はフォトグラフィーの学士号に加え、英語教師養成プログラム（TESOL）の卒業証明書（マスターレベル）を持っております。また、英語指導の多方面における経験やカリキュラム作成の経験が豊富にあります。私は英語を教えることがとても大好きです。クラスで皆さんにお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。

Hi! My name is Dale Majoros and I am the Director of English at Oz. I first came to Japan in 1997 and have been teaching here ever since.
In this time I have come to understand the needs of students, and tailor lessons for the individual and the individual group rather than doing what's easy and what's best for the school. At Oz, we value our students and work extremely hard to make their English experience fun, enjoyable and most importantly educational.
I have successfully attended university on two occasions, the first obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in photography. The second time I achieved a Graduate Certificate in Education (TESOL).
I am one someone who really enjoys what they do and I take real pleasure in the education of others. English is a difficult language to study (as all languages are), however, with the right attitude I can help you to achieve the level you desire to better your future and to have fun communicating with others!!
